Learn Golf Fast - Golf Swing Guru
Author: Andrei Felix
Do you want to learn golf fast? Well, golf can be one of the most frustrating and challenging games to learn. A lot of people do consider this game to be the most difficult one to learn and master. In fact, some of the best players in the world have learned this game backwards, which means to say that they have learned how to putt, chip, and hit short wedge shots first before they even learned the full swing. This is, perhaps, the best way to learn for people who are just starting out.

Chipping is an important aspect of golf that many players tend to ignore. Look for very difficult and awkward lies, and try to master shots from them. Doing so will help you to be much more confident on the course where the lies will seem much easier by comparison. With most chips, you will want to place the ball back in your stance and open the club face so you can get the ball up in the air. Do not break your wrists during the chip and use your shoulders to make the motion.
Putting is also a very part of golf, which requires a solid mental game and good mechanics. There are many putting styles that can work well for you, and so it is simply a matter of picking one approach you like and then keeping to that fundamental technique. Do not keep switching techniques just because you had a few poor putting performances. Relax and trust that you have the touch to send the ball to the right direction by just looking and reacting to your targets.
The short wedge shots from 140 to 60 yards can make a big difference in your scores. Practice them because doing so will develop the feel and distance control that you need in order to knock these shots stiff.
Learning golf may seem quite difficult and challenging. But believe me, there is a way for you to learn golf fast.

I have been told that I get way handsy at impact!?
How do I correct this because it feels very natural! Any advice on the way it should feel in the hands?
Also if any golf guru’s would like to explain how to find the kick in the club as you swing? I found it one time and now it’s gone!
One has to ” flip” the wrists at impact. Power is not generated with the arms alone. If the back swing is done properly the normal motion will cause a break in the wrists and that will set the club at the top of the back swing. As the down swing is started the wrists are still set in the broken position until just prior to impact at which time, they are flipped and turned through and after the point of impact. So where are you ” handsy “? Perhaps on the short irons and chip shots? The ” kick ” in a shot happens when the wrists maintain the broken position until the impact point.
